Version 1.0 - Last updated: June 4, 2026

ART. 1 - CONTROLLER AND CONTACTS

The data controller is Matteo Dulli, VAT number 14497440967, based in Viale Abruzzi 4, 20068 Peschiera Borromeo (MI), Italy, within the MoA Racconta project and the "MoA - Masterpieces of Art" ecosystem.

For requests about cookies, tracking tools, consent or personal data, write to info@moaracconta.art.

ART. 2 - WHAT COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES ARE

The Platform may use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, service workers, browser cache and similar technologies to enable the technical operation of the website, PWA, iOS app and Android app, authentication, preferences, security and notifications.

In this notice, the term "cookies" also includes equivalent technical tools when they store or read information on the User's device.

ART. 3 - NECESSARY COOKIES AND TOOLS

Necessary tools are always active because they are required to provide the Service requested by the User.

These include session management, authentication, essential preferences, chosen language, cookie consent, security, abuse prevention, PWA and iOS/Android app operation, service worker, technical cache, audio preferences and settings required to use the Service.

Prior consent is not required for these tools, without prejudice to the obligation to provide information.

ART. 4 - STATISTICS AND TECHNICAL TELEMETRY

MoA Racconta may collect internal technical events for security, error prevention, malfunction diagnosis, essential use measurement and technical improvement of the Platform.

When these events are necessary for operation, security or protection of the Service, processing is based on contract performance or the Controller's legitimate interest, applying minimisation criteria.

Non-essential statistical tools, if enabled, are used only with the User's consent through the banner or preference panel.

ART. 5 - MARKETING, PROFILING AND THIRD PARTIES

Cookies or tools for marketing, retargeting, advertising profiling, social pixels, personalised promotional campaigns or similar non-essential tools are disabled by default.

They will be used only if the User gives specific consent and if such tools are actually integrated into the Platform.

ART. 6 - PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

Push notifications are not cookies, but require an active choice by the User and permission from the browser or operating system.

Activation involves processing push endpoints, technical keys generated by the browser, language preferences and consent status. Notifications can be disabled from the Platform, PWA, iOS app, Android app, browser or device settings.

ART. 7 - DURATION

Cookie preferences are stored on the User's device until changed, deleted from the browser or until a substantial update of the Cookie Policy.

Technical and statistical data stored server-side are retained for the time needed for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and, where possible, aggregated, anonymised or minimised.

ART. 8 - HOW TO CHANGE OR WITHDRAW CONSENT

The User can change cookie preferences at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link available in the Platform or in the landing page footer.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

The User may also delete cookies and local data from browser or device settings. Deleting necessary tools may cause loss of session, preferences or some features.

ART. 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY

This Cookie Policy supplements the MoA Racconta Privacy Policy. For broader information about data categories, legal bases, providers, transfers, retention, User rights and supervisory authority complaints, see the Privacy Policy.
