Account and data deletion

If you can access your account, sign in to MoA Racconta, open Profile, go to Privacy & Consents and choose Delete your account. This deletes access and personal data linked to the account.

If you cannot sign in, write from the email address linked to the account to info@moaracconta.art and state that you want to delete your MoA Racconta account and data.

Deletion removes profile data, preferences, favourites, push notification tokens, sessions and other personal data linked to the account. Local data on the device can be removed by clearing the app or browser cache/data.

Only anonymised data or minimal information required for legal obligations, security, abuse prevention, accounting or legal claims may be retained, within the limits described in the Privacy Policy.
