Accessibility statement

Compliance status

MoA Racconta is committed to making the moaracconta.art website, the PWA, the iOS app and the Android app usable by as many people as possible, following WCAG 2.1 level AA principles, the European Accessibility Act and applicable Italian AGID guidelines.

The service is partially compliant: many accessibility features are already available, while some automated checks and refinements are not yet complete for all content.

Scope of this statement

This statement covers the moaracconta.art website, the MoA Racconta PWA and native apps for iOS and Android, listening pages, profile, preferences, narrative content and main features for guest, free and premium users.

Available features

Available features include accessibility preferences for registered users and guests, audio and text modes, text only, audio only, visual modes, large text (off by default), device preference detection, player controls with accessible labels and guided reading synchronized with the text, enabled by default on every story.

Known limitations

Audio-to-text synchronization is generated automatically and may not be word-for-word on some content. Some images from legacy content being migrated may still need refined alternative descriptions.
